Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Keep track of shipments. Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses. Establish work schedules and procedures.
