Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Cultivate on vertical farming system. Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology and cover crops. Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Mixing fertilizer. Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts. Seed cutting. Soil fertility programs. Tie and secure plants. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Maintain financial and production records. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Apply the technique of hoeing between the row. Clear fields of wood and stones.
