Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Professionalism in customer service. Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials. Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Sitting. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Organized. Team player. Hardworking. Screening questions: Are you available for the advertised start date?.
