Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Plan and control budget and expenditures. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Schedule and confirm appointments. Compile data, statistics and other information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants.
