Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Advertise vacancy. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform safety and security checks. Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants.
