Tasks: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders. Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays. Bake mixed dough and batters. Prepare special orders. Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff. Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Baker Trade Certification. Food Safety Certificate. Security and safety: Medical exam. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Team player. Organized. Time management.
