Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Maintain work records and logs. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Compile worksheets and specifications of orders. Train workers in duties and policies. Arrange training for staff. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Keep track of shipments. Establish work schedules and procedures. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. Supervision: 11-15 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook. MS Excel. MS Word. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines.
