Responsibilities Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel heard, accommodated, and encounter a 5-start experience at all times. Expertly guide clients through the frame selection process as well as provide education on lens and eye care products within your scope. Assist optometrists with pre-testing and efficiently handle all front desk tasks with pristine attention to detail, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing & payment, data entry, etc. Contribute to smooth clinic flow and overall success of the business by providing reliable administrative support,- LocationToronto, ON
