Job details
Foothills School Division is currently seeking an Office Administrator. Supporting the Outreach Programs at Foothills Digital School and Cameron Crossing School, these schools support students from Grade 1 to Grade 12. The Office Administrator is often the first point of contact for the school; a strong customer service background offering a warm, welcoming environment is critical for this role. The successful candidate must have a broad administrative background and solid knowledge of computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail and desktop publishing. As well, you must be knowledgeable with accounting practices including the budgeting process, A/P, and A/R. Accounting training and experience in an automated environment is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish good working relationships with parents and community are crucial for this role. <p>Due to the financial aspect of the position, those selected to participate in the interview process may be required to complete a financial skills assessment.<p>We appreciate and consider all applications, however, only those applicants selected for further consideration will be contacted.
