Tasks: Administer medications. Apply aseptic techniques including sterile dressing. Ensure infection control. Monitor nutritional intake. Observe and record medication's therapeutic and side effects . Record medication's therapeutic and side effects observations in patient files. Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families. Provide nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures. Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families. Provide nursing care. Supervise home care services. Prepare admission, program, release, transfer and other reports. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate. Medical specialization: Nursing.
