*Position Overview:*
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & CRM Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing strategies and adept at leveraging data analytics from our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Zoho, to drive business growth and client engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our firm's marketing initiatives and enhance client relationships through data-driven insights.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the firm's goals and target audience.
* Website Redevelopment and Maintenance: Oversee the overhaul and continued maintenance of the firm?s website, utilizing third-party services as needed.
* CRM Management: Ensure accurate data collection, organization, and maintenance within the firm's CRM system.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze CRM data to identify trends and insights, generating reports and actionable recommendations to inform marketing strategies and improve client engagement.
* Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email) based on CRM data analysis to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
* Audience Segmentation: Use CRM data to segment the client database and develop targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communication strategies.
* Graphics and Branding: Assist in the creation and oversight of graphic materials and promotional items.
* Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitors' marketing strategies and client engagement tactics, using findings to benchmark performance and identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work with internal teams and external providers to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
* Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to marketing analytics, CRM systems, and data-driven marketing strategies.
*Qualifications:*
* Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
* Strong proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Zoho) and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics).
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical skills and marketing expertise.
* Innovative and adaptable with strong written and verbal communication skills.
