Obtain and process information required to provide customer service. Schedule and confirm appointments. Send invoices. Receive and issue payments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Provide customer service. Process credit cards, vouchers and other payments. Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments. Greet customers. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?.
