PURPOSE -
The Office Administrator will manage and oversee our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES -
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments.
Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers and visitors, addressing their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, both
