Our mission is to improve the wellbeing of Canadians.Job Title: Administrative Assistant, Audit Department: Corporate Security Competition: 87161 Internal/External: Both Employment Type: Full Time Permanent Location: Moncton (Main St.) Salary: Competitive Compensation Package Reports To: Team Leader The Provider Audit Team is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of multiple Medical Health Benefit Programs. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including preparing documents and reports, responding to inquiries from Providers, preparing verification letters, etc. This role requires a high level of customer service, professionalism, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities: Administer, sort, process and distribute mail for the Provider Audit TeamOrganize, print and manage verification letters for customer contractsMonitor Provider Audit General Telephone Hotline and defer messages as requiredProvide a positive and efficient customer service experience for providers and clientsMonitor and review fax line and distribute to appropriate Provider Audit team membersMaintain monthly reporting requirements and pertinent spreadsheetsMaintain and manage the storage of protected documentsQualifications: Ability to work in officePost secondary course in Office Administration and/or Medical Office AdministrationKnowledge of medical terminology considered and asset1-3 years office administration experienceExcellent organizational skillsMulti-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environmentSuperior verbal communication skillsProficient with Mictosoft Office Suite of productsBilingualism (English and French) is considered an assetIn conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) through the Public Works and Government Services Canada Department prior to your first day.
