Develop policies and procedures and attend to other management responsibilities. Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques. Coach and instruct apprentices. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions. Instruct students on behaviour, personal development. Supervision: 16-20 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Martial arts instructor Certification. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Large workload.
