Education: Bachelor's degree. Mining and petroleum technologies/technicians, other. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Plan and organize daily operations. Advise senior management. Recommend operational changes to ensure that production quotas and procedures are met. Determine adequacy of personnel, equipment and technologies used for operations. Establish work schedules. Ensure adherence to safety regulations. Type of industry experience: Oil and gas drilling. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
