Office Administrator - (Blend role with HR, Health and Safety and Administrative/Accounting)
Located in West Edmonton
This role will be integral to this small office and offer a blend of responsibilities within a manufacturing/warehouse setting. You're used to working in a fast environment within a small tight-knit organization. You're used to wearing many hats in a support role and enjoy having a variety of duties in your role.
What you'll do:
Work with a variety of internal teams in a supportive role and administrative
Administrative; document creation, tracking and logging information, creating presentations and assist with meetings, event planning, ordering supplies, tracking inventory, courier, deliveries, manage calendars, phone system and any purchasing for the office
Manage contractors
