SummaryThe successful candidate will hold a key role within the Neighborhood Marketing Team (NMT) territory deployment strategy. A background in analytics, strategy, planning, presentation, project management and business leadership are required for this position. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain ETL processes to ingest data (excel, Salesforce, etc.) and generate campaign listsDevelop scripts (SQL, Python) to implement process improvement automationsMaintain/Modify existing scripts to adapt to business requirementsWork within various database environments such as Teradata to create and deliver data ensuring accuracy and territory quality Investigate and work towards the resolution process for data issuesAnalyze and evaluate territory and channel performance Effectively manage results analysis and channel reporting to various stakeholdersParticipate in the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives to drive activity and incremental channel growthEnsure integrity, compliance and the optimal performance of current sales lead activity guidelinesWork collaboratively in a team environment and build on relationships with cross-functional groups such as BI, marketing, regional services and customer careCritical QualificationsStrong data analytical & problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to be highly creative in formulating solutions.Proficiency in MS suite, specifically MS ExcelProficiency is programming languages and data software including SQL, Teradata, Python, SAS, Tableau, etc. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects through effective prioritization. Solid business analytics and financial acumenExcellent communication skillsPreferred QualificationsBilingual (French/English) is an asset A University Degree focusing on Computer Science, Business, Mathematics or EngineeringSalesForce Admin experienceGIS Visualization skills - dashboard creation and GIS/geospatial analysisExperience in territory planning and workforce management#EmployeeReferralProgramAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
