We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who understands the value of a strong relationship with our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively utilize their communication skills on the phone, and will always be willing to go above and beyond for our clientele. Responsibilities:
Provides courteous assistance to customers and educates customers on collision repair process . Answer phone calls and face-to-face interaction with customers. Provide product and service information and resolve any issues. Provide customers with vehicle repairs updates. Capture complete list of customers? expectations and if necessary, negotiate on service deliverables. Understands and communicates specific insurance claims. Process policies and follow them accordingly. Timely two-way communication internal and external customers. Assist with car rental. Maintain and update customers files
Required Education and Experience:
Secondary School/College diploma or equivalent. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. Great people and customer focus skills. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new applications. Excellent organization and time management skills. Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills. Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Experience with customer relationship management software a definite asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
