As Marketing Coordinator, you are an expert with sales generation campaigns and project coordination. You are an experienced with social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
You will be working closely with the members of a sales and customer service team, supporting marketing platforms with your expertise, and help drive sales results though your efforts.
Your understanding of marketing and sales processes, your computer skills & social media savvy, combined with your education and background in Marketing or Sales make you the ideal candidate!
Main responsibilities and areas of immediate focus and expertise are:
Your primary function will focus on marketing strategies in generating sales, marketing projects, supporting the sales team, and administrative tasks such as market research, scheduling and coordinating marketing initiatives and calendar management.
You are experienced with inbound marketing strategies, social media, website, and email marketing & will manage our social media presence including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc. You have experience working with Shopify.
You are experienced with outbound marketing strategies, radio ads, display signs, designing print and online flyers, email communications, and other graphic assets. You are experienced conceptualizing, organizing, and executing sales event activities.
The skills and requirements for this position:
Previous marketing experience combined with a College Diploma or University Degree in Marketing
Successful with inbound marketing campaigns including email marketing, Google Search Analytics and Google AdWords
Demonstrated experience with social media and digital communications in a professional setting, including tracking and reporting on meaningful metrics.
Content writing experience e.g. blog posts and web content and excellent attention to detail and solid copyediting and proofreading skills
You are organized and highly proficient with MS Office, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suites and Shopify
Experience with planning and coordinating events.
Experience with store layout and merchandizing.
Experience working with companies in the construction/trades industry or a similar industry preferred.
