Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Dangerous. Hot. Tasks: Plan and direct grounds maintenance. Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls. Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work. Maintain work records and logs. Tender and administer contracts. Repair and maintain equipment. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Supervision: 3-4 people. Area of work experience: Snow removal. Landscaping. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Client focus. Team player. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.- LocationPickering, ON
