*POSITION SUMMARY*
We are actively looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Assistant will work closely with the Human Resources Team under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager and oversee the human resources operations.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
The duties and responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant are subject to change and additional duties may be assigned over time as the situations require. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Research and analyze the employment laws and labour codes of different jurisdictions, and existing human resources policies, and triangulate them with the policies of similar organizations.
? Maintaining excellent service standards by responding to employees? queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
? Supporting full-cycle recruitment: developing job descriptions, advertising positions, resume screening, interview invites, and onboarding.
? Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
? Assess the training needs regularly, design training programs, deliver them, and assess training effectiveness.
? Supporting the implementation of the Human Resources information system and training employees when needed.
? Facilitate employee relationship management, including workplace investigation, dispute resolution, and performing compliance audits.
*KSA REQUIRED*
? Must have a diploma in Human Resources, bachelor?s degree will be considered as an asset.
? Understanding of full-cycle recruitment, labour legislation, and human resources information systems will be considered assets.
? Passionate to grow as a New Generation HR Leader (proactive strategic contributor, depends on facts not assumption, and maintains compliance but not unnecessarily paralyzed by compliance fear).
? Strong knowledge of HR theories and ability to operationalize in practices.
? Previous experience in academic HR/behavioural research will get the highest priority.
? Always ready to go the extra mile and nurture a can-do attitude, along with strong communication.
? Dare to challenge and bring fresh ideas to the table to facilitate continuous improvement.
