Envie Student is looking to bring on an *Office Manager *for our Envie Brand. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Office Manager plays a crucial role in managing the front desk and Resident and Supplier accounts and records, including billing and invoicing.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Control of front desk tidiness and availability of all necessary office supplies.
* Hire, manage and train front desk receptionists.
* Schedule shifts and discipline front desk receptionists and security guards.
* Review and process monthly tenant rent and service invoices.
* Receive and process payments from tenants promptly and accurately.
* Prepare financial and tenant reports upon request to support decision-making processes.
* Maintain organized and up-to-date tenant administrative files.
* Adhere to company policies and demonstrate a deep understanding of the requirements outlined in the Resident Tenancy Act.
* Review and process tenant accounts during move-in and move-out procedures.
* Address questions and inquiries from tenants and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
* Review and administer adjustments to tenant accounts based on leases signed by the Sales team.
* Undertake other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office and building.
*Qualifications Required:*
* College Diploma or University Degree in Office Management/Business Administration.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven experience in a customer service setting.
* Proficient in conflict management techniques to address issues effectively.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Employment Standards Act, Workers? Compensation Act, Public Health Act, Residential Tenancies Act, and Occupational Health & Safety Act.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, financial systems, and billing processes, and YARDI software

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
