Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Examine and verify the accuracy of work . Identify workers' training needs. Prepare and submit reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Conduct performance reviews. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Recruit and hire staff. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Supervision: 3-4 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Dependability. Excellent oral communication. Reliability. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
