Minimum of $500!* * *Free Parking* * *Company events* * *And more!!!!* *Your days will include: * * Designing, modeling, building, and deploying functional solutions * Leading and participating in process development and improvement activities * Analyzing workforce utilization, facility layout, and operation data such as product cost, process flows, and production schedules to determine efficient utilization of all assets * Contributing to other technical support duties * Champion and evolve continuous improvement initiatives * Supporting the business through effective management of value, risk, content, communication, knowledge, and resources * Complying with all codes and regulations, including the health and safety policy and practices in the delivery of services * Site visits within our Farms Division to gain a technical and practical knowledge about the process, collect relevant data and a hands-on opportunity * Responding to immediate safety, quality, and productivity issues that arise * Participating in the training and development of other employees * Assisting with the development and integration of corporate cultural elements * Adhering to budget requirements *To succeed in this role, you possess:* * Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Biosystems or Industrial Engineering * Diploma of Engineering Technology in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Technology * 2 years of relevant experience * Experience in leading Lean initiatives an asset *Your career grows now!* _HyLife has an accommodation process for employees and candidates with disabilities.
