Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, and adherence to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff
- Oversee inventory management and control costs
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
Skills:
- Customer service excellence
- Point of Sale (POS) system proficiency
- Cash handling expertise
