*What's the role?*
As the Growth and Marketing Manager, you will lead NALA?s customer acquisition strategy for both Artists and Art Lovers. Your role will involve hitting our acquisition targets within our target CAC and budget while creating innovative strategies to sign up users through real-world partnerships and digital marketing. You will be responsible for crafting marketing campaigns and ensuring they deliver the expected results in terms of increasing users.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Forge and manage long-term partnerships with global art fairs, including the Affordable Art Fair, Scope, and Art Basel. Last year we attended Context Miami with our own booth and intend on attending ZonaMaco 2025
* Plan and execute paid search and paid social marketing campaigns, including suggesting creative concepts, working with the content team to set up a production schedule, and tracking the success of paid campaigns.
* Collaborate with our analytics team to improve our attribution model and provide recommendations on where to allocate spending based on it.
* Design and implement methodical testing strategies to provide the team with insights into different creatives, targeting, tactics, and channels.
* Ensure we hit our acquisition and growth numbers month over month.
* Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to help increase ROI and subscriber rates while decreasing CAC.
*Ideal Qualifications:*
* Real-world art experience.
* Experience building an attribution model and user acquisition strategy.
* A blend of analytical and creative thinking, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and creative teams.
* Sales and marketing experience, ideally in the art or media industries.
* Self-starter with strong project management, prioritization skills, and hands-on execution ability.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
* A social media savant.
* Education: A combination of business and art education. Ideally, a University or College degree in Fine Art or Art History combined with Business & Marketing.
