Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables. Place dishes in storage area. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment. Remove kitchen garbage and trash. Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit. Serve food and beverages. Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings.
