Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Process incoming referrals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual
