*Position Function:*
The Chef de Partie is responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards.

*Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*
* Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
* Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the restaurant's standards.
* Assist in training and developing kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance and maintain high culinary standards.
* Participate in menu development, costing, and inventory management.
* Support the implementation of health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
*Qualifications and Experience*
* Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in fast-paced kitchens.
* A degree or diploma in culinary arts, skills, or management.
* Chef's certificate-apprenticeship program-culinary training.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Food Handling Certificate.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
* Ability to train and develop staff and maintain high culinary standards.
