We are currently seeking experienced Production Administrator to join our team.
You?re An Ideal Candidate if:
* Have experience with construction administration
* You have a positive can-do attitude and work well with others.
* You?re punctual, good at problem solving, and always meet your deadlines.
* You?re personable, like to keep your workspace tidy, and value a job well done.
The position requires previous experience:
* Communication with vendors & clients
* Generate and manage purchase orders
* Balance expense reports and EFT payments
* Invoice/billing of customers
* Process customer payments and track accounts receivables
* Tracking of company owned equipment, vehicles (includes monitoring of maintenance requirements), tools, and inventory items
* Some basic accounting (e.g. sending client invoices, matching vendor invoices to purchase orders, completion of electronic applicator reports, create petty cash cheques)
* Please note: Excel, Word, and Sage Accounting are software pre-requisites for this position
* Process supplier invoices and credits
* Manage customer database, and new accounts
* Create change orders and document PO's related to change order
* Balance reports and determine profit breakdowns
* Basic file management

Reporting to our General Manager and Vice President, you?ll be an integral part of bringing our clients dream renovation to life. This is a full time, hourly position. Compensation will be negotiated based on experience.
