We are looking for an outgoing, compassionate, and detail oriented individual to join our team. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
If you have a passion for medical aesthetics and delivering an exceptional client experience - this position is for you!
You will be the first point of contact for all clients. Our front of house is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients, while also being able to perform administrative tasks efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
*We are seeking 1 full time candidate. However, we may consider 2 part-time candidates. Please indicate your availability in your cover letter.*

* *Excellent communication + interpersonal skills *- you must possess excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with both clients and practitioners.
* *Strong attention to detail *- a strong eye for detail to ensure all client information is accurately recorded, and that appointments and billings are processed accurately.
* *Exceptional organization skills *- must be able to multitask and manage your time effectively to make sure all client needs are met promptly and that tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
* *Knowledge of Medical Terminology* - a basic understanding of medical terminology and medical aesthetic terminology is an asset, but not mandatory.
* *Strong problem-solving skills *
* *Confidentiality* - ability to handle confidential information with care + discretion.
* *Technology literacy *- we are a fully digital clinic! You should feel confident with phone applications, digital charting, and digital booking system.
* *Professionalism* - must maintain a professional demeanour and attitude, while being approachable and friendly towards clients.
*Role & Responsibilities*
* Delivering an exceptional client experience from beginning to end
* Greet and welcome clients to the clinic
* Ensure that client information is accurate and up to date.
* Managing clinic work flow and bookings for all practitioners.
* Scheduling clients in for appointments.
* Collect payments for services and retail sales.
* Answering communications + inquiries from clients (telephone, text and email).
* Assist in sending and managing faxes and paperwork for practitioners.
* Keeping the clinic organized, clean and stocked.
* Inventory management.
* Assisting practitioners in the clinic, where needed.
* Keeping the clinic organized, clean and stocked.
* Assist clients in retail product inquiries and sales
* Other duties as assigned
*Requirements:*
* Previous experience working in medical aesthetics, healthcare, customer service, and/or client-facing roles is *strongly preferred*
* Knowledge and/or a passion for cosmetic medicine/medical aesthetics is essential
* Reliable and punctual.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport and provide outstanding client care
* Ability to maintain a professional demeanour in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using technology including computers and cell phones.
* Flexibility in workings mornings, evening or weekends as required.
