*Carrer Opportunity:*
Enerstrux is looking to add a mechanical engineer to our team. This position will require a strong design and analytical mindset, innovative ideas, and great communication skills. In this role you will be called bridge the gap between design and project implementation, following the project from conceptual design in the office to actively engaging with onsite installers. A strong understanding of refrigeration design, thermodynamics, automation, and general construction practices will provide a good foundation. You will be required to interact with Enerstrux team members, vendors, clients, architects, and engineers. Both 2D and 3D modelling systems will be utilized daily for construction plans and component modelling.

*Specific Responsibilities*:
* Assist in the development of site plans, project requirements, equipment selection, etc.
* Contribute to systems development and design ?
* Assist in the development and building of proprietary systems ?
* Correspond with consultants and engineers on local codes and requirements
* Create working drawings, detail drawings, etc using Solidworks and Autocad
* Review drawings for accuracy, material selection, proper machining techniques, ?finish, etc.
* Correspond with vendors and customers regarding technical information and ?specifications
* Perform engineering calculations with respect to system design requirements
* Organize documentation, including quotes, drawings, correspondence, schedules ?on projects assigned
* Assist in project planning, forecasting, organization and management of projects ?as capable. ?
* Be an ambassador for MTX during site visits, correspondence, and interactions ?with vendors and business affiliates.
* Work with customers, project managers, designers, and trades to solve problems ?in order to provide the customer with complete and functional systems.
* Provide detailed and cost-effective solutions for project or service requirements ?
* Proactively recognize service or site requirements ensuring adequate time is ?allotted for acquiring materials for works to be completed.
* Provide customers with training specific to their equipment, e.g. equipment ?operation, functionality, and use.
* Follow all safety procedures according to MTX?s Health and Safety policies in addition to any customer specific Health and Safety procedures.
* Communicate respectfully with both MTX team and customers contributing to a desirable working environment.
* Be receptive to both internal and external training personnel. ?
* Dedication to improving the level of both service and installations provided by ?MTX ?
* Continuation of development and learning in the electrical/mechanical field either ?independently or in a team environment
* Travelling may be required ?
*Desired Skills and Experience*:

Post-secondary degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent ?
* Fully proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks
