Prepare financial statements and reports. Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices. Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure. Analyze financial documents and reports. Examine accounting records. Variance analysis. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Reconcile accounts. Prepare journal entry. Prepare monthly statements. Manage accounts payable. Manage accounts receivable. Manage contracts. Internal audit. Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting . Manage cash. Complete administrative duties .
