Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports. Train workers in duties and policies. Arrange training for staff. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Establish work schedules and procedures. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail.
