Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Prepare production and other reports. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Read blueprints and drawings. Supervise workers and projects. Train or arrange for training. Supervision: Working groups. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Workplace information: On the road job. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
