Job details
Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures. Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling. Prepare and post notices and advertisements. Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment. Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Provide staff training. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. Evaluate daily operations . Enforce provincial and territorial laws and regulations. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals . Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures. Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations. Personal suitability: Judgement. Reliability. Ability to multitask.
