Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Recruit and hire staff. Train workers in duties and policies. Conduct performance reviews. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Organize and maintain inventory. Establish work schedules and procedures. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.- LocationBrampton, ON
