Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Assign engineering projects to engineers or other technical workers . Consult with clients to determine project needs. Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Provide detailed information and guidance to clients on project analysis and design. Review engineering projects to approve or recommend changes . Establish and implement policies and procedures for engineering work. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Evaluate technical designs and engineering work. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Advise senior management. Develop risk management plans.
