Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Supervise other workers. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Train other workers. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Manage training and development strategies. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
