Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Compile orders and instructions received from customers. Develop specific plans to prioritize. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Track and complete work orders. Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments. Perform routine clerical duties. Prepare and submit reports. Maintain work records and logs. Perform general office duties. Train workers in duties and policies. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment. Organize and maintain inventory.
