Tasks: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Plan and control budget and inventory. Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies. Hire, train and supervise staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Respond to complaints of guests. Project management. Develop policies and procedures to implement programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 5-10 people. Working groups. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Area of specialization: Business management. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Medical exam. Eligible for professional liability insurance. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
