- \*Recipe Development:\* Create and refine recipes to enhance the restaurant's menu, ensuring the authenticity and quality of all tandoori dishes.
- \*Ingredient Preparation:\* Marinate meats and vegetables with the appropriate spices and seasonings, ensuring flavors are infused perfectly before cooking.
- \*Tandoor Maintenance:\* Properly operate and maintain the tandoor oven, including monitoring temperature, cleaning, and ensuring safety standards are met.
- \*Kitchen Management:\* Work closely with the head chef and kitchen staff to coordinate orders, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- \*Quality Control:\* Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste, consistently delivering excellent dining experiences.
- \*Health and Safety:\* Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment.

- Proven experience as a Tandoori Chef in a reputable restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and tandoori cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
