Responsibilities
Tasks

Prepare statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans

Store, update and retrieve financial data

Prepare monthly statements

Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans

Maintain payroll

Perform data entry

Send and receive messages

Prepare and format page presentation

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Locate and remove files requested

Label, file and retrieve documents

Compile data, statistics and other information

Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
