Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Plan and control budget and expenditures. Supervise other workers. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Maintain and manage digital database. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Conduct performance reviews. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
