Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Wet/damp. Odours. Hot. Tasks: Apply fertilizers. Cut agricultural crops. Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Greenhouse cleaning. Hand harvesting vegetables. Harvest seedlings. Mixing fertilizer. Seed cutting. Sort fruits and vegetables. Tie and secure plants. Weeding. Clean work area. Fertilize and spray crops. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market. Spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides. Report signs of insect or disease damage. Operate climate controls. Mix and prepare soils. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens.
