*Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Maintain office efficiency by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning
- Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Support responsible lawyer and conveyancers in daily tasks
*Qualifications*
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in clerical role is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Familiarity with computerized systems for office management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 30 per week
Education:
* Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
* Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
* Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
