On this team you'll be a part of a focus to continuously improve the customer experience, making it more seamless, intuitive and responsive. The Training Specialist is responsible for the delivery of Bell training and support multiple channels including Bell, Virgin and The Source. The design, development, evaluation and project management are also important components of the Training Specialist role. Curriculum includes, but not limited to: sales skills, customer service, products and services, systems and processes. Training Specialists customize existing training programs and validate that training programs are instructionally sound and effective for the target audiences. Training Specialists have strong interpersonal and communication skills for a variety of delivery channels including classroom, web conference delivery, e-learning and train the trainer.Key Responsibilities? Facilitate training at small and large events (F2F, vILT)? Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content ? Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design? Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)? Complete needs analysis of sales channels and offer proactive training solutions? Collaborate with Stores, Dealers, Sales and Marketing teams to provide timely training delivery to improve the sales effectiveness of the channels? Measure and follow up on all training designed to track training effectiveness? Provide regular project updates, and ensure the timely completion of deliverablesCritical Qualifications? Training Specialists must have a proven training and presentation portfolio.? Previous working experience in instructional design? Lesson and curriculum planning skills? Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts? Ability to design and deliver facilitated learning and adoption programs.Preferred QualificationsPost secondary education in Adult LearningExperience facilitating learning to groupsUnderstanding of adult learning principlesKnowledge of the competitive telecommunication marketBilingual communication skills are a significant assetStrong proficiency in MS OfficeExperience working with a Learning Management SystemExperience in a corporate environmentExperience working in a project environment to produce deliverables within a specified timeframe and budgetAdditional Requirements? Willing to travel up to 20-30% of work time? Ability to work outside of normal business hours when necessary due to business needs.(evenings & weekends)?
