Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Construction. Various locations. Tasks: Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Equipment and machinery experience: Form cutting machines. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Handling heavy loads. Large workload. Overtime required. Physically demanding. Tight deadlines. Personal suitability: Quick learner. Experience: Will train.
