Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare general ledger. Prepare journal entry. Manage accounts receivable. Manage accounts payable. Prepare trial balance. Prepare bank reconciliations. Review on the behaviour with regard to deposits and withdrawals, overdraws, defaults, dishonoured payments and spending patterns. Invoice clients. Collect payments from debtors. Store, update and retrieve financial data. Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems. Perform general office duties. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Prepare reports. Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software. Quick Books. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask. Accurate. Excellent oral communication. Organized. Reliability. Quick learner. Team player. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?.
